Spot Photography Competition 2021

The Photography Club of the Department of Arts and Humanities of SVPC organized a Spot Photography Competition for the degree students. The organizers chose ‘Inside the Masks’ as the topic for the competition. Student photographers moved around the college campus and submitted their instantly taken photographs. The faculty and student volunteers of the Phoenix club and Photography club have volunteered and were available to assist participants throughout the competition. Samson Ezekial A, Sathyam Kumar, and Nelson were chosen as the winners of the competition.

Web Design Competition 2021

The Intra College Level Web Design Competition "Dot Your Design” organised by Computer Science department under RDX 2.O took place in the computer lab on 9th December 2021 in the presence of Head of Department, Prof. Anna Kumari and teaching staff. The event was led and executed successfully under the guidance of Prof. Preetha Mahesh. The objective of this competition was to motivate students to spend time in meaningful activity and to be a creator of the digital world instead of a consumer. Prof. Moksha and Prof. Vincy from St. Vincent Pallotti PU College were the judges for the competition. The event provided a platform for the students to showcase their talent with a competitive spirit.

Making Elections Inclusive, Accessible and Participative

St. Vincent Pallotti College, Bengaluru observed "National Voters' Day" on 25th January, 2022. The theme for the year is 'Making Elections Inclusive, Accessible and Participative'. Principal Dr. E. Jerome Xavier read the pledge. The Chief Guest for the day, Rev. Fr. Andrew Roshan Alva, Principal, St. Vincent Pallotti PU College in his address encouraged the young voters to take part in electoral process & briefed the significance of voting rights and electing the right candidate. A Seminar on 'Digital Transformation in Knowledge Dissemination'

Department of Business Administration organized a seminar on 'Digital Transformation in Knowledge Dissemination' on March 16, 2022. Dr. Niranjana Vanalli, Vice-Chancellor, Bengaluru North University was the Guest of Honor who rightly set the tone for the seminar and its discussions. He cautioned us as to how we shouldn't just adopt and be adapt to digital transformation but also not lose touch with our humaneness that makes us distinct. Mr. Sunil King (Senior Director - Opteamix), Dr. Christo Selvan (Dean, School of Business, St. Joseph's College Autonomous), Mr. Paul Abraham (Data Scientist - Hewlett Packard), Mr. Babu Koshy (Business Operations Manager - Qua Quest Tech Solutions Pvt.
