Jerome Xavier read the pledge. The Chief Guest for the day, Rev. Fr. Andrew Roshan Alva, Principal, St. Vincent Pallotti PU College in his address encouraged the young voters to take part in electoral process & briefed the significance of voting rights and electing the right candidate.
